This special farewell dinner event will feature demos and dishes from three chef’s who have helped Cooking Spotlight throughout our entire operation: Chef Jenny Young, Chef Blake Swihart, and Owner & Instructor, Vicky Hanko.

Your feast includes:

  • A special Spotlight welcoming cocktail
  • Appetizers: Asparagus with Lemon Ricotta Crostini; Popcorn Crawfish with Remoulade Sauce; Cheddar Jalapeno Wafers
  • Salad: Spring Greens, Julienned Apple, Smoked Gouda, Walnuts & Honey Sesame Dressing
  • Entrees:
    • Chef Vicky Hanko’s Blackened Scallops on a Corn, Pepper, and Scallion Relish with Cajun Beurre Blanc Sauce
    • Chef Jenny Young’s Spinach Crepes with Tomato Butter Sauce
    • Chef Blake Swihart’s House-smoked Pork Chops with Shallots & Shitake Mushrooms, Roasted Vegetables & Smoky Corn Grits
  • Dessert: Almond Cake with Oranges in Scented Syrup & Soft Cream
  • Locally Roasted Organic Coffee & Specialty Teas
