Our Policies

Full  payment for a class is required at the time of reservation.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy (Updated July 2015):

No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 7 days before class time, or for “no shows”.   You may send another person as a substitute.  If the class was reserved with a gift certificate and you do not cancel prior to 7 days before class, the price of the class will be deducted from the value of your certificate.

In the event a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, emergencies, or inclement weather, we will issue you a credit towards another class of your choosing or refund your payment.  You will be responsible for the difference, should there be any, for the substitute class.

Cooking Spotlight may substitute an instructor or chef different from ones advertised for a particular class without notice and without refund. This could happen if the intended instructor/ chef cancels through no fault or foresight by Cooking Spotlight. The substitute instructor or chef will be such that similar menu and instructions will be provided.

Please understand that we plan for your attendance and purchase food for a particular event based upon the number of reservations.  Thank you.
