What should I wear for a hands-on class?

Keeping safety in mind, we recommend that you wear comfortable casual clothing with short or fitted sleeves and flat, closed-toed shoes. Long hair should be pulled back.  Loose or dangling jewelry should be removed.  Aprons will be provided.

Are there any age requirements?

Unless otherwise noted, class participants must be 12 or older. Participants in beer and/or wine tasting classes must be 21 years or older.  The age requirements for designated kids’ classes will be posted on the individual class listing as there will be classes for various age ranges.

Information on classes:

Classes range from 1.5 hours to 3 hours.  Approximate length will be noted on the class calendar for each individual class.

Do I get to taste what is prepared?

For hands-on classes, students will receive a meal size portion of all items prepared.  Demonstration classes include a  generous tasting of everything prepared.  Menus are subject to change based on Chef’s discretion.  Depending  on availability of ingredients, sometimes Instructors may have to substitute ingredients.

Dietary restrictions:

Please let us know in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.  We will try to accommodate all food needs, but you are responsible for letting us know.
